Sonny Singh

Sonny completed his LLB (Hons) Law Degree at Leeds Metropolitan University in May 2009, before joining a team of specialists handling high-value and complex claims. Sonny gained over 10 years of experience working on serious Road Traffic Accidents and Bike Claims.

Sonny is currently a member of the CILEX and is progressing to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive. Sonny joined Jones and Co Solicitors in May 2022 and is based at our Retford Office.

Recent testimonials:
• Acted for a client who suffered complete loss of sight in the left eye due to negligent treatment. Sonny successfully pursued a claim against the NHS Foundation Trust on the grounds that the care the client received fell below a reasonable standard.
• Represented multiple clients who were assaulted during the course of their employment at a care home. The injuries included human bites, scratches, hair pulling and psychological symptoms. Sonny demonstrated the employer had breached their duty to provide a safe place of work, and each client was compensated for their physical and psychological injuries.
• Acted for a vulnerable client who suffered injury whilst onboard a flight with Qatar Airways. Sonny successfully pursed a claim pursuant to The Montreal Convention 1999 and the injured party was rightfully compensated.
• Acted for a client who suffered life changing injuries when the roof of a building collapsed onto our client causing multiple leg fractures, which eventually lead to a lower leg amputation. Sonny recovered a significant award for the client to reflect his pain and suffering but also his future rehabilitation and care needs.
