Molly studied A-Level Law in Sixth Form before beginning her legal career with a Business Administration apprenticeship at a local law firm in Mansfield, where she worked as a Legal Assistant in the Residential Conveyancing Department.
In 2022, she progressed to a Paralegal apprenticeship within the same department and continued this when she joined Jones & Co in October 2023. Molly successfully completed her apprenticeship in mid-2024 and was awarded her Paralegal qualification in September 2024.
In July 2024, Molly joined the Commercial Property Department to assist David Chambers, supporting him on a variety of transactions for sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants, as well as matters involving agricultural land.
Outside of work, Molly enjoys travelling to new countries and spending time with her family and friends.
