Emma qualified as a Solicitor in 2018, having studied law at Northumbria University in Newcastle.
Emma is an associate Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, as well as a fully accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly. She is also an Alzheimer’s Society Dementia Friend giving her the necessary expertise to help clients and family members of clients who have Dementia.
Emma deals with all areas of Private Client law including Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorneys, Estate Administration as well as applications to the Court of Protection.
Whilst undertaking her training contract, Emma studied on the two-year Notarial Practice Course at University College London. She went onto dual-qualify as a Notary Public and now holds an internationally recognised public office that enables her to authorise and authenticate documents required for overseas legal transactions.
