David is from a farming family and grew up near Lincoln. He graduated with an LLB Hons Law degree in 1985, from what is now Nottingham Trent University, and qualified as a solicitor in 1988.
David specialises in all aspects of commercial property, including but not limited to industrial units, offices and shops, where he acts in transactional matters for sellers and for buyers, for lenders, and for landlords and tenants.
David also deals with agricultural property transactions, small unincorporated business sales and purchases, and guarantee work.
As for his spare time, David dabbles with screen writing, having won three competitions in the United States to date, with more success always hoped for. David is a keen motorcyclist, to instructor standard, having taught compulsory basic training to newcomers to motorcycling.
With all, David enjoys the journey and the twists.
