New family solicitor at Jones & Co

The family law department at Jones & Co Solicitors has expanded with the appointment of a new solicitor.

Sally Kusznir, who has worked as a family solicitor in the Doncaster area for over ten years and grew up in the area, will be supporting clients from the firm’s Retford and Ollerton offices.

Sally attended the Elizabethan High School in Retford. She started her career studying law part time in Leeds while gaining full-time work experience in the sector. She has a Graduate Diploma in Law and a Distinction in Legal Practice.

Sally has a wealth of experience in most aspects of matrimonial and family law.  She advises and represents clients in divorce and financial matters following marriage breakdown, as well as on cases involving domestic violence, on private children law issues and on disputes and separation of unmarried couples.

All Jones & Co family lawyers are fully qualified solicitors with many years of experience in their field.  All team members are accredited specialists with Resolution, an organisation of family lawyers whose members adhere to a code of conduct in family disputes.  The family team has specialist accreditation in advanced financial provision and pensions, children matters, including private disputes between parents and other family members and in representing parents in care proceedings.

Jones & Co offers free advice sessions every Tuesday at its’ Retford office from 5-6pm, at its’ Ollerton office on Thursdays from 5-6pm, at its’ Harworth office on Mondays from 4.30-5.30 and at its’ Bawtry office on Wednesdays from 5-6pm.
