Legal Secretary – Bawtry Office
You will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the team.
Duties will include: –
• General administrative support including filing and photocopying.
• Receiving and making telephone calls with clients and professionals.
• Audio Typing
• Organising and maintaining files, both in hardcopy and electronically.
• Diary management for the solicitors.
Skills required: –
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Word applications and typing skills would be beneficial, but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritise workload.
