Be an experienced audio typist

Deal with telephone calls in a confident manner providing clear, accurate and up to date information

Demonstrate good administrative and organisation skills with good attention to detail

Cope well under pressure, with an ability to work flexibly and cope with changing priorities

Take a positive and proactive approach to work, anticipating and meeting the needs of the department

Divorce and Family Law Solicitor with 2 – 3 years’ PQE to join their Family Law department.

You will be joining a well respected Family law team and will be responsible for managing your own caseload from start through to completion.

Requirements:

Experience of independently running divorce/ancillary relief matters

Experience of private child care matters

Experience in Legal Aid matters

Personable and confident/articulate communicator

Conveyancing Assistant: Residential Conveyancing department

The successful candidate will provide administrative support and assistance to our team of Conveyancing Fee Earners, to enable them to process a high volume caseload of sale and purchase transactions.

Key duties are likely to include liaising effectively and appropriately with the client and introducer, applying for searches as well as dealing with routine correspondence and communications on each file.

You will also support with preparation of contracts and other documents as well as completing general administrative duties.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a Conveyancing Assistant and have the ability to work in a busy and demanding environment.

In addition, the successful candidates should possess excellent communication skills as well as an organised and professional approach to work. You will ensure that processes and procedures are followed accurately and achieved in strict timescales.

You will have a strong commitment to client care, and providing a friendly and helpful service.
